Itutu is a curated body of work encompassing the personal, professional, and academic practice of Yohance Harper.

Yohance a development professional operating at the intersection of strategy, design, and delivery. His expertise spans strategy, development, asset management and investment management. Yohance has a 1.3m sqft development pipeline (completed and ongoing) across residential, office, and operational asset classes. In a personal capacity, he has delivered projects ranging from warehouse conversions to prime Mayfair residences, with work featured by Channel 4 and Dezeen.

He is an Honorary Lecturer at University College London, a Visiting Fellow at Goldsmiths, and a Module Leader at the University of Westminster. Yohance also holds, or has previously held, executive roles with the Urban Land Institute, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the University College of Estate Management.
